Ask a question, scope an education pilot, describe a bug or leave an idea without sending your source material to a third-party form. Contextual Reader failures still have their own report action; this page is for everything that needs a human reply or product decision.

Before sending

Keep the evidence useful and private.

For a bug, include the route, expected result and the smallest reproducible sequence.
For billing, include an invoice identifier—not a card number or payment credential.
For education, include the cohort size, current browsers, accessibility goals and procurement constraints—not student records.
For a source failure, use the in-product report action when available; it carries a bounded stage and digest.
For private PDFs or captures, describe the behavior without pasting document text.
